Bindu Chowritmootoo

Bindu is an entrepreneur and motivational speaker with over 25 years of experience in Executive Management Consulting, Leadership Coaching, Business Development, Operations Management and Organizational Behavioral Management.  Bindu has extensive experience creating workshops, retreats, and conferences supporting an overall vision of building an employee’s confidence and growth, navigating through stressful situations, building an employee centered culture, mentoring coaching leaders to lead, and motivating and maximizing employee skillsets.  Her background consists of coaching executive teams and providing customized solutions within corporate, non-profit and educational settings.  She holds a specialized interest in women’s empowerment initiatives by successfully holding conferences providing women from all walks of life the opportunity to share a platform on emotional growth and well-being.  She has instilled across female led companies the motto of, “Empowered Women Empower Women”.


Bindu’s experience as an entrepreneur within the healthcare sector has given her the insight on the challenges of managing start-ups, the importance of managing and retaining staff, marketing and brand recognition, the benefits of social-media platforms, and the importance of measurable customer satisfaction.  Her servant leadership mentality has resulted in a trusted
collaboration with an organization’s executive leadership.

Bindu is originally from Huntingdon Valley, PA, a suburb of Philadelphia.  She is a graduate of Northeastern University and began her management career within the Medical District in Boston, MA.  She has a strong interest in personal development and follows key principals of Steven Covey, Tony Robbins, Patrick Lencioni, Simon Sinek and John Maxwell.  Bindu is married with three boys and resides in Frisco, Texas. She is an inspiring author of a personal development book scheduled to be published at the end of 2020.
